EmployeeCare's hybrid work-life service is an excellent tool that empowers your counselors to conduct quality telephonic work-life assessments by allowing our experienced work-life counselors to do the actual fulfillment. When an employee calls your counselor with a work-life concern, your counselor simply completes and submits our online work-life assessment by asking the employee the questions telephonically.
Our Masters level, life event counselors will then carefully review and fulfill the completed assessment. Your counselors will then receive an in-depth and personalized e-booklet with resources & referrals addressing the employees individual need that can be customized and sent to the employee. Your counselors can even interface with our counselor for additional follow-up.
All research e-booklets (complete with educational material, resources & checked referrals) and/or responses will be sent by confidential and secure HIPAA compliant e-mail within two (2) to five (5) business days unless a more immediate response is expressed and/or warranted.
